2012 San Antonio Roses
2012/13 AFL San Antonio Talons - Sky Dancers

2012 started a new era for the San Antonio Roses.  Instead of auditioning, the Roses would be comprised of former members and new qualified individuals who were interested in participating and/or performing at events as they came available.

The year started with only one event in February and in October, Cynthia Trinidad contracted with the AFL San Antonio Talons for two years to direct the Talons Sky Dancers for the 2013 and 2014 seasons.  Cynthia Trinidad brought in top choreographer Melissa Martinez to assist in creating routines for the audition and the 2013 season.

Auditions for the 2013 Sky Dancers were held in December and six San Antonio Roses alumni made the squad; five Roses and one Jr. Rose.  The remainder of the year was spent promoting the upcoming Talons 2013 season.
