Miss Fiesta San Antonio Pageants
San Antonio Roses Entertainment contracted with the Miss Fiesta San Antonio Commission to produce the Miss Fiesta Pageant from 2004 to 2012 and were brought in to produce their Miss Fiesta Selection Events from 2016 to 2020. San Antonio Roses Entertainment’s responsibilities included choreography, music editing, set design, script writing, and coordinating the stage crew on pageant night.
The Miss Fiesta San Antonio Pageants were held at the Charline McCombs Empire Theater during which contestants would be scored on evening down and a skit performance of their choosing on a famous Texas woman. Starting in 2011, the skit competition was changed to a standard talent of the contestant’s choice.
The Miss Fiesta San Antonio Commission moved away from the traditional pageant in 2013 and created a selection event where the queen would interview on stage and be selected from a panel of judges. These selection events were held at Northeast Lakeview College in 2015 and the University of the Incarnate Word from 2016 to 2020.
