2003 Talon Girls
The NAFL San Antonio Talons Organization changed the color from their uniforms from white/blue to burgundy. The Talon Cheerleader’s director, Cynthia Trinidad, designed new burgundy uniform to match the teams new colors and changed the name the squad to the Talon Girls. Unfortunately after the San Antonio Talon’s first game of the 2003 season the football team disbanded leaving the Talon Girls with no organization.
After the single 2003 game, most of the Talon Girls joined Director Cynthia Trinidad’s newly formed Independent Cheer/Dance Squad the San Antonio Roses retaining their burgundy uniforms.
